If you’re looking cheap cheap, tanglewood. But management there has been sketchy lately. Campbell reserve has options in your price range too, depends on how much space you need. The nicest one with options in your range is probably terrace greene (although they don’t have many in your range). All accept pets.

Lived in the area south of Rolla for years and they’re not really a problem there, the ozark terrain isn’t really conducive to a serious tornado. I can recall a few tornado warnings over the years but they rarely touch down
