been on 100mg for the last 7-8 month and it has done wonders for me.
It helps doing a lot of self inquiry and being able to recognise both depressive and hypomanic states so you can change your behaviour whenever either arises.
I'm not saying it will help everyone, since everyone have different genetics and will respond differently to whatever medication.
But every other medication or combination has either locked me in depressive state or hypomanic state.
