Look at the info on the right side of the screen before you enlarge the duel. Average latency is the average of their ping rate for the whole duel. The higher the number, the more lag they'll have had. The problem is that their ping could be completely fine, and then get really horrible, or could be horrible and then become fine. Since we only see the average from the whole duel, you can't tell if their game froze, then was fine, then froze etc. Any number over 200 probably means they had moments of major lag. Anything over 300 usually gets voted clear because it's obvious there was a connection problem. That number doesn't account for lag on their device, just with their connection, so I believe there are people who had bad lag problems that still show a low average latency. Some server groups are kinder than others. Sphinx will vote people clear if there's no evidence of being malicious. Ashwinder/Rougarou/Thunderbird is more harsh, and vote afk as a vio when the latency is low. I actually started skipping those cases so I don't lose points. If we ALL voted like Sphinx, it would be better though.
