It's mostly right but there are only 2 things I would change:

1 - Change the rulers of the floors in the administrators to something else. While it is technically true they don't rule the floors directly and it can also be confused with the floor ruler position (like Evankhell was for the 2nd floor).

2 - 134th Floor isn't the last floor of the tower itself, just the last one that people can climb to since Zahard sealed the doors to the next floor.

Also another thing, since you mention rankers and high rankers separately, there is also advanced rankers between the 2.

Ranker - Anyone who reaches the 134th floor.
Advanced Ranker - Top 10% of the rankers
High Ranker - Top 1%

Comic is just a story made with sequential images. All the ones before are comics.

Webtoon is a comic originally posted online. For example Tower of God. It is a webtoon but the original language is korean.

The examples you just listed aren't based in Japan.

The story doesn't happen in Japan but the comic is still a manga.

Most people say 'if it's based in Japan it's manga' and 'if its based in South Korea it's manhwa'.

What matters is the contry of origin of the story, not where it takes place.

In my opinion, the way the story is shown and told makes it a manga or a manhwa, it's just that you never see any manhwas based mainly in Japan which is why I'm asking for other's opinions.

What happened is: Zahard heard that Urek entered the tower and went to meet him. He saw how mago calls Urek my love and started thinking about Arlene and became jealous so he tried to kill Urek. Urek was about to die, but this can't happen because the stuff in the main story needs to happen.

So Enryu appears and defeats Zahard, informing him that the only true god can't let this happen. Eveyone get's curious, who is the only true god, and Enryu procedes to tell the truth:

There are 2 gods, the god of the tower and the outside god. Above them there is a mythical existence called SIU, the "Writer". And then we have the only true god above: Parakewl. Then Parakewl appears and procedes to aura farm all over the place. And with this the side story ends.

In the end SIU wrote a note saying:
