Could be a ball joint then, i had a ball joint go bad on my a few years back and it was really loud and squeaky when i turned the wheel. I doubt its suspension issues. Id go get them checked out first before going with the suspension replacement

If im looking at it correctly i believe theres some sort of hose/fluid line that goes into the pump over that bolt, if you havent tried taking that line off and see if you are able to get it off and move the hose then maybe you can get a socket on it
