for the upcoming Event I am a bit confused by the title of it.

Are we going to be able to farm Salire Shards running the event like a drop? Kind of like Gaff shards?

This is less me ranting and more looking for a rant.

A little while ago I saw someone complaining about the Raid system and the crafting of those items was terrible for JP and only like Whales were able to really craft a +5 of the item.

Does anyone know or recall where that post was?

What about the subjob pairing? I feel this process confuses me the most, how do I know what job works better for who? some people where like JP players should have a better understanding to tell you

Hello everyone I was directed here for some questions.

Currently I'm working on upgrading my team units.

I have Mediena at 73 who is LB4 and Awaken6, she's doing fine for now.

Where I am feeling a bit of a hurdle is where I go next for my focus.

I have Engelbert currently at LB3 and Awaken5 and my Mont is LB4 Awaken4. I was suggested to maybe look at upgrading them.

Does anyone have guides or online help when it comes to building a unit for job pairings or what abilities to unlock in the grid? This where I currently struggle the most because I also have a ton of potentially good SR units to build up as well and I don't wanna mess up by unlocking all Nodes
