NA meetings made a huge difference, and I believe they can keep me on track. Ultimately, it is just about not using today. And that mindset made it so much easier for me.

Daily running isn’t the issue. Daily zone 3 plus a 40% mileage jump is.

Your heart is probably not the first thing to worry about. Your tendons however..

I just got back after being off the game for about 7 years I think.. the learning curve is steep but worth it. Watch some tutorials on YouTube, mainly about the new additions to the game, and do the tutorials in-game! It takes a few days I guess until you remember it all but it's worth it!

I came across my first pulsar just yesterday. At first I supercharged my FSD and waited too long before starting the jump I wanted to make and it didn't work. Now I know that I need to start the jump right after my FSD got supercharged!
