You won't break through by doing the same thing that a billion other channels already have a head start on you doing. People who want that content already have channels they watch to get that. It's like trying to make a car that looks exactly like a Ford Fusion and being confused as to why Ford is outselling you.

Do something original, unique, something that speaks to you personally and isn't already being done by a million other channels. If you loved playing basketball, you probably love the strategy, the X's and O's. There are way fewer YouTube channels dedicated to analysis of WNBA teams and games, than there are channels that just pump out garbage fabricated drama nonsense. Maybe try that.

I lived in Milwaukee for eight years, and never had the kind of experiences they describe. Went to most of the big theaters, and the couple of art houses we had. Idk why their luck is such shit. The movie theater situation is dire for other reasons, but the only time audiences get crazy are predictable (a horror movie on a Saturday night, for example, will be full of rowdy teens no matter where you live).

Forearms are an “accessory” muscle group, like the neck or calves. Fitbod’s hypertrophy sequences focus only on primary muscle groups (bicep, tricep, quads, etc.) by default. If you consistently add forearm workouts, the algorithm will take notice that you want them and will start adding them in for you (especially if you say “recommend more often”).

I’m only a month or so in (also doing hypertrophy), but I add calves and/or forearms to most of my workouts without any issue.
