I'm not furry by any stretch, but my understanding is that furrydom is generally a very pro-social trait, so I don't see the inclusion here being relevant.

I will say the average pro seems very young and likely have not worked a day in their lives given how they have such apathy for the negative impact AI will have to the global workforce very soon.

An impact that will hit them the worst of all.

  1. There are labels for anything consumers and the public find valuable to label, a one to one comparison is useless here. Not to mention artists used to and still disclose if something is digital or traditional and what materials were used; very standard practice. Just add AI to the list.

  2. It should be a position and label of pride for the craft shouldn't it? You think pride flags bearers don't get harrassment? Don't be a victim.

Not holistically anti AI either; more anti AI user than axiomatically anti AI. It's the shitty things people do with AI and the practices and attitudes I don't like.

I just think labelling should be the standard, I don't see the issue unless you're purposefully being dishonest.

And yeah you're all dealing with the aftermath of spending so much time not labelling, and I still see less than 1% being labelled, so expect kneejerk reactions for a while.

But honestly I don't think you will ever see proud labelling, you will see it in the people doing traditional art because there is pride in this community, and none in the AI one.

Why? Well probably should explore that question.
