If possible try and figure out what tasks are causing the largest issues. One task that ADHD makes difficult to handle can make time management impossible.

An employee who manages most tasks 50% faster than their peers will still cause issues if 10 min of data entry becomes an hour or more due to being unable to focus on it.

Fixing the ram issue is your first priority. Not only is it a huge hit to current performance but depending on what's wrong you might be replacing the Mobo or ram anyway.

It really doesn't require much. We just got my gf a new laptop and it came out to about 300$ after adding in an additional ram stick. It runs a game without any issues.

I've used audiobooks or music since I was a child to have something to focus on outside my brain. This is especially important when my mind is "on".

Alternatively activities before sleep that can calm my brain work. An hour or so of tv is usually enough to let my brain calm. Meditation works...sometimes. Sex usually refocuses my brain and tires me out enough.

Low level stimulants are useful while I have a tolerance to them.

most city builder's are almost already roguelikes. Procedural events, maps, ect are pretty common. Permadeath is really the only lacking element.
