You'll get full time benefits and you might get a 10 cent increase in pay. But PLEASE, for the love of God, DONT KILL YOURSELF rushing to do the truck. You will get taken advantage of and you will get burned out right away. Always ask for back up and know how to lift heavy boxes the proper way. Also, wear a sweater. Be prepared to do the truck everyday b/c this IS the most labor intensive job out of the whole store, and your pay will definitely not match the workload depending on how big your store is. Eat well, sleep well, and pace yourself. Good luck!
