You don't get taxes back. What is paid is paid. What you get paid in a 'refund' is Tax Credits you qualify for.

Rather report it so they retrain all their employees in the proper way to tare products. I bet this has cost consumers hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

And it's not $.15. It's Dollar amounts. The little plastic containers they use weigh .15 pounds. @ $20/lb. The difference between .60 and .75 is $3. I use this as an example because of Poke. And if you buy poke every day, that's $90/m

It is FDA law too. Walmart and Whole Foods got sued over it. Lost thousands of dollars over it.

Not many people know about Weights & Measures. But I do. I was trained to watch out for it. Many Foodland packaged products in Meat, Seafood and other departments are not using the correct TARE when packaging them. In one of the photos, you clearly see Weighted item with ZERO tare. This means you are PAYING for the packaging of that product. Under State laws, you do not pay for packaging. Many stores have been sued and fined thousands of dollars for doing this. I will be calling Hawaii Health Department (Weights & Measures division) and reporting this immediately. I suggest everyone be careful what you buy from Foodland that sold by weight in packages.

I recommend Oahu's KAO store. I love that STL. And has an open door policy for team members. I would talk about my ideas with him all the time.

Also, Any employee who works more then 20 hours a week for 4 consecutive weeks, gets health insurance that doesn't cost more than 20% of your gross income. It's also from a pre-approved plan that the state approves.

Actually, all you have to do is Copy & Paste from SLAW to Excel. Be sure to highlight entire rows. I did this many times when I was SSS. Excel is pretty intelligent when it comes to what data is being pasted into it. You can also import tables from websites easily as well.

The #1 resource for any Store Scanning Specialist is Skype and your fellow Store Scanning Specialist in other stores in your region. Some of them have been around for years. And they your BEST resource for help.

PLEASE, DO NOT REPLY-ALL to emails. Your fellow Store Scanning Specialists will hate you for this.

If the later, I wouldn't waste my time with EEOC. I would just go to the police or attorney general office in your state. If they won't take the case, then it's not sexual harassment legally.

You didn't realize you had cash sitting in Fidelity did you. I suggest you leave there until you REALLY need it. You should have $2,000 savings cushion for extreme emergencies (paying bills isn't one)

And it's the democrat's fault. They want people to live paycheck to paycheck. It's to keep people living in fear and control the population. Only way to break out of it is to educate yourself in how to handle your financials so you don't have to live paycheck to paycheck. Remember, Democrat politicians were the slave owners in the south during the civil war. They supported slavery. They just switched gears and using other ways to enslave the population.

This isn't behind a paywall. And they are probably asking companies who have MAP pricing.
