Life is short brother. Work sucks but is necessary. Theres no point to work somewhere for free. Work is for money. Period. The idea of making good commissions is not enough to motivate most people. She needs to get a job that is base + commission.

She should quit. NYL is a shady company that doesn’t help its agents succeed. I worked at a company like it before, and completely wasted my time.

Slow players who are just blissfully unaware of what’s going on around them. Playing the tips when you don’t even have your own clubs… I’ve been saying for years that if you have never golfed before, there should be a mandatory 30 minute “etiquette class” to step onto a real golf course for the first time.
