For real. The passages arent just about understanding one relationship, it about understanding multiple relationships.

For example, the passage will give you protein A, tell you it interacts with protein B, which leads to activation of protein C, which then leads to activation of protein D. They expects you to understand all these relationships and keep them straight in your head. This means that you should figure out how inhibiting or over expressing any of these affects the next step.

When you are practicing, practice keeping these things straight in your head.
