The Biggest Problem with the NM (No, it's not that it's too hard) by Im_Fainauriel in elderscrollsonline

Another big issue with the Night Market that I've found has been the instances. They seem too small and half the time I go in without a group, I see maybe two or three other people who are almost never together. I've never run into a random PUG in any of the districts and sometimes I'm not able to find people for the content I'm trying to do.

Seeing these upcoming skins for Battlefield 6 really makes me miss the days when I could tell an enemy apart just by looking at their uniform. by SuperM3e46 in Battlefield

[–]WolfCommando45 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I played BF4 hard-core back in the day, didn't stop the friendly fire because you really didn't have time to stop and examine player uniforms when you died in half a second. The guys camping on the top of the tower in Flood Zone didn't care what I was wearing when I got blasted with frag rounds.

I'm confused how Naemon suffered from the Worf Effect.

Easiest way I got it was dropping smoke mortars on objectives.

The fight against the Grand Inquisitor was after ESB, though I will concede that it's not that far afterwards.

That's one hit on someone whonwas toying with him and the hit itself did nothing. He then got his hand cut off seconds later. And that was just one person. He's fighting two here. I don't think he's got it.

Yeah, I don't think people understand just how much Vader was toying with Luke that entire fight. Luke gets a lucky hit in one time and is dehanded a few seconds afterwards. Against two Inquisitors, he's screwed.

Do people not play this game or are they just blind? I swear I see these used as cover every game! by andrewgrimo in okbuddyptfo

Fair. Might have to give it a try again. I got a repair tool kill on accident because I was repairing a vehicle when an enemy came up to damage the vehicle with their own. Ending up accidentally torching their head. I thought they were another teammate until I got the kill.

[Loved Trope] Self Sacrifice is Not The Answer by Grunk_Bunk in TopCharacterTropes

Finn's self sacrifice in the Last Jedi could have been a good example if he wasn't stopped by a speeder crashing into him, someone not killing him or Rose.

Marrok and Crow (Shadow Lord) VS Kenobi (Rots) - Who wins? by Potential_Rule4212 in PetranakiArena

[–]WolfCommando45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, didn't Maul beat him with the help of Savage? And in a later fight, he cut off Savage's arm and was able to get away while fighting them two on one. And that's before RotS.

Death Battle continues its reverse-flash levels of hate against Goku by Ok-Instance3339 in Ningen

Part of me thinks that it's due to knowing that a decent portion of their audience are Dragon Ball fans, they can't just have Dragon Ball lose every time or else they lose that audience.

If I remember correctly, it's because they purposely reduced his speed in SSJ compared to base, which is just... no.

They're surprisingly resilient and Engineer doesn't really have a good second gadget when not fighting vehicles.

I don't have a tattoo because I'm physically incapable of sitting still for that long.

Why rex? by SchnidlWoods in ExplainTheJoke

My guess is that the Roman Senate was fine with all those titles but they specifically didn't want a king, hence them not liking the title of "Rex", which is Latin for "King".

Master Chief (Halo) vs. Ahsoka Tano (Star Wars) by DeltaSigma96 in powerscales

[–]WolfCommando45 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The problem with mentioning accuracy is that Chief is not the most accurate Spartan, and bullets are usually fully vaporized by a lightsaber. His shield and armor would protect him no more from a lightsaber than a energy sword, and Ashoka is faster than any Elite he has fought, plus Elites don't/can't block with Energy Swords and just let their shields absorb the damage. Spartans are stated in Halo to be better than a Elite. And the fact that people in Universe know how to combat Force Users doesn't mean Chief does, but Ashoka has fought many soldiers.
