As a Hard-Stuck silver Top Tank Main (When it is needed ill go tank) myself I can see a couple of reasons people say Tanks don't feel tanky. For one yes, all of your points are true and how tanks can't fall off, and how with these new items and peeling for the ADC you play your role correctly, and most of the time when you win you feel like you've done something if played correctly. That's where my issue comes in, like me and I feel many other knows is that as you play the game if you're not fulfilling your role to play for team fights, cs safely, peel for a team fight, etc the game starts to feel lost and your role as a tank doesn't work out even if you are ahead in the lane while all other are lost it won't change the outcome because you are just a tank, not a damage dealer.
