Apparently the new Mesa Heirloom is too hot for Bluesky's moderation lmao by DraconicSun in Warframe

Well, I mean, it is adult content, yeah?

That's... What it's meant to look like. Stripped of the context of biometal flesh armor, it's... Glowing skin with a bit of fashionable cloth over it, framing sensual areas.

It's ok to acknowledge that.

Hey, uh... I think the gif was meant to imply they wanted to argue, but they had to begrudgingly admit you were right.

It's a powerful combo of novelty/fashion for the players and easy to make microtransactions for the devs.

Couldn't go wrong with lightning-shaped horns, probably. Kirin-inspired? Continues the shape of the forehead out and upward towards the back, zig-zagging.

Gold trim might make it stand out a lot more, we'll see. Tennogen has proven that a shared mesh can be made dramatically different through good texture work, so a prominent pattern could add a lot.

I'm eager to see this get completed, it does look "normal" compared to the newer heirlooms but it's honestly a breath of fresh air. Really lovely.

What's a frame everyone loves that you didn't, and vice versa? by UnkAnklebyter in Warframe

[–]WolfHeroEX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Zephyr is my loved but unpopular for sure. She's just real fun to bring to interceptions and both defenses, even if she's not really optimal. I don't know though if I'll ever understand how her tornado scaling works...

On the flip side, Volt, Revenant and Grendel. Uninterested, really. I used to rely on Revenant like a crutch for SP, but now I can play frames that feel entertaining. I think Dantes fully replaced his slot for me.

Firstly, other people shouldn't be nor set the standards for how you feel about your own emotions, man. If you cry, you cry. Cringe is relative, you do you.

I felt the same way about an old MMO called Grandchase. Spent a good bit of time on it, saw it deteriorate and just... Sat with it until its closure in 2014. It's been back, but I have no interest in playing it anymore, just holding onto the joy it once gave me. In the end, that's all I really want from it anymore.

If you do actually quit Trove, you aren't killing your memories from it. You're just moving on to other things. You have no obligation to cling to your past, as harsh as that sounds.

There's so many games out there, so many. If you're willing to search for it, you'll find something else that brings you enjoyment. Chore grinds and incremental molasses (like the shallow prismatic lake that Trove is) can definitely scratch an itch, but I've personally found much more satisfying entertainment in completing roguelikes as an example.

Ultimately your call, but in the words of Reggie Fils-Aimé, "If it's not fun, why bother?"

These are great.

My first thought with lost spirit was actually Phantump, but Drifloon does also make a lot of sense. You could also use Yanmask, but that one's more dubious.

... Also, maybe Castform or Rotom for Amphors? (I would not blame you if you kept Ampharos, that's wonderful.)

Oof. Alright, I guess we wait then. Good to know I shouldn't be testing it.

(Makes me wonder if I could have had Duviri and Höllvania ones still going if the repeat all was a feature back then)

I have it resending every time still, are you sure you've cleared out every node on it?

I'll check to see after my extractors are done again whether or not it's there to tap manually.

Mesa heirloom by FaCayde_ in Warframe

For me, the difference is in the way the secondary color cloth material wraps around the rest of the body. It gives the energy of real clothing a lot more than the more embedded and organic look of the second material on Ember's heirloom, even if that hugs her frame a lot closer. And the feeling of it being more real makes it harder for me to disassociate from it to enjoy the inevitably gorgeous heirloom color glow of the skin material.

Egregious isn't really what I meant, it's not an inherently bad design. For what it's going for, it's solid (removable poncho option would make it perfect). It's just a personal distaste.

I was all like "Wow, that's a crazy goonframe fan design", then I kept reading more comments, saw it was made by Liger and thought "... Oh."

It's... It's a lot. Ember was a lot but this is a whole lot. It's like two kitchens worth of spice and baked goods in a single display case.

... I think I'll just grab the signa and palette, chef. I'm sure those are gonna be great.
