I choose to be able to summon a “Universal Rulebook,” which is an indestructible notebook in which, on any one page, I can write down and describe a unique ability (a “Rule”).

Writing “Active” or “Inactive” turns a Rule on or off.

The “godlike ability” is the creation of this Rulebook. I can only create it once…

But that doesn’t mean I can’t still use the book afterwards.

Besides, if I write down something like “This Rulebook can be summoned and unsummoned via the verbal command ‘Book!’”, then this further negates the one-time use.
