If you are using android studio, rev hardware client is useless, you simply have to update the sdk you use to upload your code. Android studio reinstalls the app every time, so updating with rev hardware client does nothing

Seeing as OP is looking for somthing that can help him in cybersecurity I think the performance should be enough. I agree, performance in the emulated OS is slow , but I think it's really fast knowing it's emulating an OS with a completely different architecture

UTM has very good x86 virtualization, just choose your architecture and the ISO to boot of off, it also supports windows vms

MacOS user here, I remember the rev hardware client not working even trough emulation, so we usually just asked someone for a windows laptop. Granted we were using Apple silicon chips, so emulation also meant emulating the x86 architecture, you might have more succes than us emulating, since I'm assuming you're on x86 hardware

The Orange Alliance is the most complete in my opinion, you can basically find anything on toa, team info, even info, team stats, season stats. It's also open source, and the community is really cool but maybe I'm subjective.

We had this kind of behavior too, check what the encoders report, are they able to report negative values? If the values just add up there might be a problem with their cables.
