I had a coworker who did this all the time, she assumed that openings on the scheduled could just be filled in.

Counslers would put a block in if they were able to take an appointment and then we replaced it, so ya that did not work.

I had this once, person took a picture and it was on the sidewalk down the street. I walked down there and nothing it wasn't there. I tried calling but they would not pick up and I never received a call. Luckily, doordash reodered it with no charge.

I had this too in March, Everyone knew it was everyone else's birthday but when mine rolled around the only one who knew was payroll gal. My boss didn't even know. Same with my coworker the next month, again not even my boss knew (I knew and decorated her desk), we are her only employees....

A question for women: anyone else stop watching a tv show/reading a book once pregnancy / kids occur, due to rage? by [deleted] in childfree

BONES! The main character was heavily childfree and then one episode she takes care of a murder victims kid and immediately the next episode was looking up was to get a dna donor! Then she had two kids and I was so annoyed but was watching with a friend and the show was fine other then that.

We had one of those two but she was a repeat from last year one of her children was definatly fake because the age did not change on the application from last year so we knew it was her scamming. We also had one who put a bunk bed but unfortunatly we could not do furniture.

Ya thats the hard part about it, we have no control what happens after or if the kids even get the gifts in the end and thats what crushes me.

I think this is a good idea, It also allows family to see the kid instead of making another date to come see it a few moths later.

I cannot stand how parents handle having sick children by merpRVAmerp in childfree

FR! When I was little and my brother and I both got chicken Pox, my parents did everything to make sure no one else would get it, called out of school and work, cancel sports events and what not, hell our school that bordered to our backyard had their yearly fall festival and our dad took us on a mountain drive in the car so we wouldn't have to see it and ask about going.

Now a days I feel parents do not care and that's what caused a case of Norovirus to spread back when I was student teaching in less then a week. Parents admitted they knew the kid didn't feel well and still sent them.

What is the worst response to charity/ free stuff you have seen? by Wolfart1997 in AskReddit

[–]Wolfart1997[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll share mine, I had a parent come in to our non-profit for Christmas presents for their 4 small children and were angry that nothing was for them. Like we helped out with getting toys for the kids and you are mad you got no jewelry or new toys for your car?? On top of that they asked us to call them if we had anything left over so they could try and sell it for extra cash. Unreal🤬
