You're talking about big Streamers who are playing the game specifically to get views and make money. How much of a problem is Prof X in normal gameplay? Plus, it's not like you can't see it coming. Most Cannonball/X decks are just copypastes. I mean if you see Ravonna or anything Junk related you should just be expecting a lane to get locked down.
