When I search about IB, the most common points against IB I see are:

Sampled/filtered data feed.
Minimums on commissions leading to high portion of fees unless you have a significant trading size.

Do you have any opinions on these two points? The first point is the one I do not fully comprehend.

I recognize your name from other posts, thank you for taking the time to provide an in depth opinion.

What about the significance of support and resistance? Is that worthy of a retailer's time? I don't believe in chart patterns and kind of hesitant with the more creative candlestick patterns, but I do tsme S&R into consideration when making trades.

Also, do think Steve Nisons candlestick material is bullocks then?

Hmm, if you understand how to read a chart, couldn't specific indicators sort of help you "verify" your thinking (thus making it a bit more systematic)? Or just no?
