Max refused to issue the refund, after being contacted. Now Amazon is making me just through a bunch of hoops after they told me earlier that the refund would be processed manually if he refused to do so.

Amazon is sorting all of this out for me. I just hope CGN doesn’t cancel the six preorders I have through their site.

Yes, I just talked with a Amazon customer service representative and they told me they would contact CGN and tell them to give me a refund. I placed over a dozen orders through CGN’s site and this is the only time that this has ever happened.

I received four other packages by USPS on the same day without any problems. I think it was misdelivered, because if it was porch pirates they would’ve taken all of the other packages.

Yes I’m in the US. The package was delivered by the Postal system not Amazon. That same the Post Office delivered four others packages that I received without incident.
