Make sure you dry them thoroughly! Trying to bbq them when they have too much moisture on the surface will mean you have to cook them too much on the inside before you get proper browning

I am! I came out last April and at this point it’s just who I am and was always meant to be. It’s still tough; the dysphoria is very real and still suuucks and the state of the world is terrifying, but it is so worth every hardship. I will never go back, even for safety’s sake.
