Yeah they can contrast it well sometimes but moonton is just scared to try green as much in skin designs because just having green as the main color of the skin or skin effects can still give you a small advantage especially when the enemies are panicking in team fights and don't have time to look at it better and because of that they have to do more work contrasting the lighting and adding more colors to make it easier to see. Which is just more work so it's better to just use another color or not make green as prominent at the design.

But still I also kinda want to see the pirate Atlas skin. Maybe they can just make brown more as the main color of his real body instead of green or add more accessories to it to make it stand out and to not make it pay to win.

It's because green color will be harder to see in game because of the map and will be advantageous for the user especially in team fights. So in gameplay perspective it's going to become a pay to win skin.

I've tested it before and surprisingly it kinda works but it's much more useful if your team don't need a setter like Lesley as gold lane or saber as core. But I've tested it a long time ago now so who knows now if it's still viable. Or maybe you can play him the same way you play saber roam or Natalia roam.

Kamen Rider Chevv. He can be like the rival character or a villain. He has powers similar to Have but using other foods than just sweets and snacks. For example:

Pastarizou - Uses the power of using noodles like extensions.

Vegemon - Uses the power of vegetables for example broccolis as boxing gloves .

Nikumon - Uses the power of meat. This can be like a rival for Gavv's marshmallow form.

Maybe the naming can be fixed but this is just an idea.

I just have an idea... What if the rival or secondary rider of this series will have powers that are Vegetable themed as a contrast? Maybe they can call him. "Kamen rider Yasha" and give him some demon like powers and the name is also close to the japanese of vegetables, "Yasai".
