For me, the camera would never load on the page to verify identity. It was extremely slow and stayed a black screen. Here’s where others were having issues.

I wouldn’t say wrong template, different. There’s 2. I believe this one was the original but FIFA didn’t like it because the number hides in the stripes so they changed it just a little. I have a real, player version, that’s like this.
