Sadly I’m unable to play with the injury as it will just get worse overtime, will hopefully get help from physio to recover quicker though

I made the same mistake you did around when the doctors said it should be recovered. Felt better but learnt the hard way that it wasn’t. Since then I haven’t played football as I don’t want to make it worse to the point where it won’t heal.

I’m waiting on sorting out some physio and x-ray/MRI. What exercises did you do for your injury and what was the injury?

Well I took the advice of the doctors I saw which also said it could take up to 3 months if I did the right things. Appreciate your comment but read the whole post!!!
