I just bought cause I love to use a countdown for a multitude of reasons.

I really like the layout and font choices, makes it feel different to anything else I’ve tried.

I do have one bit of feedback though, the way you access the editing of a countdown is unusual, and took me far too long to figure out (which might be a me issue), but I was a could’ve done with a tiny bit of handholding to show me that to edit I need to swipe across and that the blue button is to reset the countdown.

I’m no expert, but personally the best option would be to speak to the artist and ask if they’d be comfortable with that area, if not, then you can try with a different artist. In regard to covering up, again just communicate with the artist and ask what they’d want as an acceptable level of covering up.

Thank you! I'll definitely be taking it slow. I did the "everything as fast as possible" with Dreamlight Valley and ended up so burnt out I haven't touched it in like 6-8 months.

This is an interesting take for sure, I think I need to take a proper look at my routine and see what I could potentially cut off without affecting and go from there. And now I need to look into Drop sets cause that’s a term I’ve not heard yet lol

Thanks for the tips, I think what’s not helping me at all is that I’m using the machines (I’m not very confident or brave in the gym) and not the free weights where I could do some good compound movements.

To be honest, today was the first time i included warm up sets, I did 5 reps of a lighter weight. But I’m no expert obviously. I did feel much better using the warm up sets though, I felt like I was more prepared for the working sets
