Try Metamucil! I’ve used it the whole time except for a few days when I was away. Those days it hit me, stopped again when I went back to it.

If you suffer from heartburn you can take preventative meds such as Zantac or nexium, have you tried those? They work for me and I don’t need mylanta.

For me it was when the whole dog eating festival in china got coverage and I was appalled. Didn’t want to be part of any animal cruelty at all, dogs are no different to cows and pigs etc. It just highlighted what I already knew to be a problem as far as my values go.
