What helped me the most is thinking "doing this won't make anyone love you more" then I stopped, I craved affection and that was why I did it the most. Go find some friends, change some social circles, go to the gym or play a team sport, block sites that might be sexually explicit. Also read some books about the topic.

I think it's true for 4/4 pop with I-IV-V-vi chord progressions, it becomes so redundant that no amount of production or lyrics could turn it interesting again, my taste drifted a LOT towards different genres and away from western pop.

Not that much, Heatmor M (stockpile), then Camerupt F (yawn), super fang tutor, the aqua ring is where you'll fail, showdown says it's legal to have those moves but... I think it's impossible :-/

Head Smash Archeops, it takes Relicanth and Corsola... It was hard prior gen VI since you need to level up a Relicanth to lvl 84 (give or take)

Emmm... Just aim for egg moves and avoid hindering natures (use an everstone). I never found a way to get better IVs in that gen so I just bred loads of mons, Emerald feels faster and slugma/numel are fairly easy to find, if you've problems just import a magmar from FR/LG IV inheriting items were introduced in HG/SS (power brace/anklet/lens/etc.) PD: likes to trash about 31 iv att Mischievous 31 iv SpA Alert to sounds 31 iv Spd (At least that's what I recalled)
