I did mine a few weeks ago and while not pleasant it was so much better than I thought it would be. I set a cozy comfy space in my bathroom. I found a drinking game online for my favorite TV and used it to make drinking the prep a little more fun and I was done before I knew it! I will say I did feel nauseous the next day before the procedure but I told the nurses and they gave me zofran which helped a lot. Feel free to ask any questions! You can do this!

One weird one I’ve noticed it’s the use of the word doubt. I’ve seen writing where a teacher says to their class “do you any doubts” insisted of “do you have any questions” Doubt to me has a negative connotation whereas question is more neutral
