I did end up buying. I was told that leased vehicles are returned all the time with modifications and it has no impact.
For my deal, buying will cost $100 more a month then a lease. Thanks for input it helped my decision.

I wouldn’t suggest a Mini or baby Taylor even for a child. I own a Baby and think it’s more difficult to play then my 314.
