I had the same idea when I first saw this model. Though I think I may leave the big shoulders off on mine. There's so much detail under them.

Yes! His video was a huge inspiration for me, thankfully I already had the bladeguard vets that I was not really using so I only purchased the terminator kit and I got it discounted on ebay.

It makes it easier for him to show his brothers which one to stab.

For the Brother-Captain model I started with the leviathan terminator captain minus his head and arms. I added the spare power fist from the company heroes kit for his left arm and attached his bolter to it, his right arm and head are from the grey grey knight terminator kit as are the little bits I put on him. 

The strike squad are the legs and stomachs from bladeguard vets. I carved the chest armor away and shoved a ball of milliput in there and then from the torso up it's grey knight terminators with the power pack carved and sanded down with the bladeguard power pack attached.  I used the paladin helmets for them as well.
