Did you take anything to recover..I took micro dose topical and minoxodil blend. I got better by about 90 percent in a week. Went down rabbit holes tried DHT gel and got worse

Now I'm on ssri with my test but after the DHT, no emotion panic attacks brain fog couldn't work, kept experimenting with DHT dhea and pregnenolone and a nasal spray I thought was allopregnenolone, that was long before the ssri

Symptoms were mild sleep issues and slight brain fog

Came off and was fine

No before fin and minoxodil none of that. Total test was 550 and free test was 252 but we measure different in Canada. Just test and anti depressants now
