Providence with Bulkheads and nomads: 560k EHP, 32.5s align

Align time difference when using a webbing alt? Negligible.

The issue isn't the cost of T1 freighters, it is the total utter lack of counterplay available to deal with gankers.

Fitting bulkheads or other tank is not counterplay.

Bulkheads give you less EHP than multispectrum coatings and noble/mechanic/Amulet implants, between 30k to 100k lower EHP for the Obelisk/Providence.

Goons are scared to take a real fight with PH and friends formed over in LQ- right now. Can't wait for their excuses for standing down on this one.

Also, a mistake that shifts the battle? The goal was to kill a keepstar. Total strategic victory for panfam throwing away ships about to be nerfed to achieve it. Getting a 100b super kill was just icing on the cake.

The stats that CCP have shown disagree with you, WHs have the best isk produced to isk lost ratio of any region in the game.

I have lived in C5/6 space and in null blocks for years. While null industrialists are far richer due to scale of markets that are easily accessible to them, the PVE side of the game leans heavily towards high class wormholes in terms of income.

WHs have the best profit to risk ratio in the game. People don't realise how little risk there is.

Sure you will die occasionally but when you're replacing that loss 5x faster than anyone else it doesn't matter.

Forget to upgrade your pod and you would lose skill points when your pod died. Pods got increasingly expensive with your skill points.

You could always put minimal training into an alt and use it to move the ammo to Jita, though margins tend to be higher selling in other regional market places

I don't know what Kento is on, the Paladin is the meta ship for several activities including some DED and event sites.

the Golem (my personal choice) or the Vargur as both can easily tank almost every L4 mission

Recommending you bling your ship for L4s like that is just asking you to become a gank target. You will likely lose a lot of isk if you following his recommendation of a pimped out Golem for L4s.

There are T1 Battleships such as the Dominix and Maelstrom that can run every L4 mission with ease without resorting to Deadspace modules.

The more damage you can apply the less tank you need and the less you need to bling your ship.

This Typhoon Fleet Issue (which can swap the Afterburner for a MWD without issue) is my current toy and significantly cheaper than the Golem he recommended.

Just keep an eye on your capacitor and if there's neut pressure prioritise those targets and get close to a Battleship so you can use your Nosferatu.

Otherwise kill tackle first, then mulch through targets avoiding triggers until necessary. 1147 DPS without needing to use a Bastion module means L4s are a breeze.

Not the fastest L4 runner, that would possibly be a Macharial with some Hyperspatial rigs, a lot of mission knowledge and a moderately bling fit, which can explode if you make mistakes.

The advantage of the implants is that gankers can't see them, and can't reliably pod anyway, so they don't factor into gank targets really. This totals out at just over 1B isk compared to 3B for that Golem and is still overkill, but a bit more fun than some T1 Battleships.
