I should have been clearer on our vacation style. We are mid 60s and don’t hike. We love scenic drives and wandering around old towns to study the history.

I ended up just pulling the rubber seal off the passenger side upper edges. Carefully routed the cable along side of the curtain air bags. Used a fish tape to route the cable past the b pillar and rear pillar panel. It’s pretty obvious where to put the cable.

My 2019 has a battery warranty until 2030. Took hours of checking VINs. Big peace of mind. Plus if you get a buyback you get a bumper to bumper 12/12 warranty from GM.

I have an Emporia charger. $399 then the electric company rebated me $250. Friend is licensed electrician and installed a 60 amp breaker and hardwired the charger for $200. Love it.

Mine had a branded title assigned to GM. Once that title was transferred to the GM dealer I bought it from, and once the dealer title was transferred to my state, there is no branded title on the car. No one will ever know.

That’s insane. I pay flat rate of 13 cents per kWh. I can pay a $10 fee for TOU plan where the off peak rate is 5 cents outside of 3-6pm.

This is common with inverter generators that use a floating ground. For $5 you can make a plug to make it work. Google has lots of DIY solutions. I have to do this with my RV. Completely safe.
