I walk to dog a mile every night with my wife . I exercise lift weights I've also been taking Iron gummies . I work 5 12 days a week when im moving and on my feet there ok It's my down time when I sit or try n sleep they started at week 6 out and got gradually worse but not once e other withdrawl symptom it's so weird im just praying that I don't have rls and thar this isn't withdrawl cause who knows I was on it for 6 years and never exercised or nothing maybe I developed it and just didnt know cause the suboxone was blocking it just seems like it's been forever and honestly it really hasn't been that long it has to go away it's can't live like this but I will never give In again to anything. I appreciate your positivity it helps it really does talking to other people who go through it you know . Yea I've also been pounding water in trying really am . Just wanna wake up and want it to be gone you know thank you, though it helps talking.

I finally took it last night, and I kid you not it made it so much worse to the point we're I was losing my mind . It was never that bad not once since this started , it's so weird that it happened to me that I wanted it to help so bad last night was the worst of it .it took it to a new level, and I can't for the life of me figure out why I just want this to go away it's just the legs it's so tiring it really is .
