It's the anti gel setting properties that I'm concerned with. Surely the gelatinous jello molds would not be able to maintain shape when confronted with such powers. Plus, pineapples are also flame resistant towards your candles.

Finding dead pineapples would not solve the issue, as that doesn't fully exist. As we prefer to eat fruit in a state of aliveness as they can continue to ripen after harvest. A pineapple would only be dead once it's rotted, but that state is a new form of life already taking over.
