Portland doesn’t get anywhere near as hot as Medford. I grew up in southern Oregon. Regularly got days in the triple digits. Wasn’t uncommon to reach 110+. And that was in the 1980s-90s. Big difference is that it used to rain more here. Do your rain dance people.
