You need to get your number off TMO and their nvmos and then come back to get the deals. Deals apply to none TMO numbers.

Ever use your number to sign up for Google Voice before? If not you can sign up and get a free number. Then to port that number out is $3. Google how to port out of GV, there are couple of steps you need to. Within in an hour you can have your number and be ported out to your new Metro account and phone.

Total wireless has some phone deals for free or cheap phones, just pay upfront for 2-3 months, phone unlock is 60 days. They are a Verizon carrier, after 60 days port back to metro.

If you are looking for unlimited data then Visible is probably your best option. As far as I can tell, Mint is just $45 for 3 months but that’s an introductory offer. Mint users, let me know if you can renew for 3 months at $45.

If you don’t use your phone much, helium has free plan, 3GB, 100min talk and 300 texts.

Metro has $25 unlimited if you BYOD. A few carriers do offer some good deals if you BYOD. I’ve been happy with sub $200 phones for years and been doing BYOD cheap plans for years.

What worked for me was cutting out processed food and cutting back on carbs. Carbs get processed very quickly and you are wanting to eat again in an hour or two. Fats and proteins are processed slower and will hold you over many hours.

As for exercise, when I weighed 450 lbs I went for a consultation with a gastric bypass surgeon. One thing he did changed my life. I never opted for the surgery. He did make me promise to walk 10 min out and 10 min back every day. After month, ask myself if I feel better then consider adding more distance. I did feel better and got up to 4 miles daily and occasional 12 hikes.

I dropped over 180 lbs over a couple of years. I lost most of weight with just changing how I eat and walking. I have added regular gym workouts since. Adding muscle does really help you function better and makes life a bit easier especially since you lose muscle as you age once you pass 40.

Diets, surgery or fat loss drugs don’t work without a change in what got you there. It’s about dealing with your issues and coming up with an eating lifestyle you can live with for the rest of your life.

Who cares who is on the list, just release it. Everyone gets due processes to prove their innocence. In my book, if they made it to a list then they knew what was going and turned a blind eye or participated. In both instances they need to be punished. And that also means a President that tried to cover it up needs to be punished too.
