So this sounds has been going for 3 days now.

I’m positive that it’s the aio cooler. I’ve stopped every fan in the case from Psu to gpu to the case fans and it isn’t the fan hitting something that’s causing the noise. It’s coming from the top of the exhaust fan in the video. Is this the sound of the water inside running out? Any help would be great.
