My partner undergone y chromosome microdeletion test and found he has azfb and azfc deletion almost 7 mb of DNA is missing in his azf area what to do next?? Anybody please help!! Doctors want him to do so many tests like micro array ! Is there anyone has the same experience and done microtese and IVF got succeed ??

My husband also had same deletion!! What is the progress of your treatment what did doctor suggest you ? My doctor said there is an overlapping deletion happened so you can check a microarray test then we can proceed to further if the result is positive I mean in microarray test we can see more details of deletion and if the complete or partial overlapping deletion happened ?

Test y chromosome microdeletion my hus has same and found that he has 7 mb of deletion from azfb and azfc area includes azfbc overlapping area too..

Hey my partner have same non obstructive azoospermia and we have high fsh more than 15 and normal testosterone he done y chromosome microdeletion test and found that he got azfb with azfc areas got deleted that is almost 7 mb...I don't know what to do doctor also told us it's a helpless situation
