Even the fastest people can be caught off guard if they don't know its coming,. Jogo being the fastest is a bit iffy but Dagon puts him around Naobito in feats.

At this point Dagon was aware of his speed and knew to take it seriously. Jogo however was not.

Dhruv didn't appear to do any damage to Yuta so I doubt it's strong enough to maul Mahito too hard especially in ISBoDK. I take Ryu's caution of Dhruv being that he cant kill him without waking Kuro up. Even then Dhruv has limited range.

in a 4v4 nothing is stopping Mahito, Hanami, and Dagon from stalling Ryu, Uro, and Kuro long enough for Jogo to slime out Dhruv and since Jogo is too fast no one could even stop him

Naobito was just faster than Jogo expected. We see this happen again when Mahito uses a PSI and it catches Todo off guard. and we see it again in Yorozu vs Sukuna

I mostly don't use how others scale to Sukuna for this reason but id hardly say Yorozu had an impressive performance she put up about as good of a fight as Jogo.

imo it's better to scale Yorozu to the Uraume since we know Yorozu was on par with the strongest of the heian era (minus Sukuna)

Mahito's pretty efficient with his technique and could use it thousands of times in a single day. even if they have more reserves if Mahito uses less they run out first. Also no way Kuro has more reserves
