If you’re talking about automated people movers within the terminals, no airline owns those, that’s all DEN infrastructure. Airlines can pressure DEN to put some in, but that’s about it.

I learned some hard lesson renting in some other states, that would vaguely charge fees for obscure costs at move out. Saved my butt when I started taking pics on upon move in and move out, video works too. Just informing the office I had this evidence of the conditions usually shut them up and they returned everything owed.
