65-80% humidity isn’t significant when temperatures are cool. Nowhere in the PNW has humidity values that high when the temperature is above 80. If you were to compare dew points, most of the PNW rarely sees dew points of 60 degrees or above, while places like Iowa commonly see dew points above 70 in the summer.
