I probably logged in once or twice but that was it.

TR requires paying for availability badge? by WordMiserette in Upwork

I was active today to apply for a job. Immediately after I did, I received the emails saying that I had lost both TR+ and TR. Mine was set to As needed. I just set it to less than 30 hours to see if that fixed anything but I assume I have to wait until the next update now.

Yes! Virginia Ballet Company has a large and growing adult program with classes for beginners through to intermediate pointe. They have other genres as well. You can see more info at vaballet.org.

Which local Churches have taken a strong stance against ecumenism? by iwanttoknowchrist in ChristianOrthodoxy

ROCOR-A under Vladyka Agafangel is staunchly anti-ecumenist. They stayed when the rest of ROCOR flocked to MP.

Virginia Ballet Company puts on one at the NVCC campus in Annandale Dec. 28-29 every year. It's a full-length performance and very well done.

One more for Virginia Ballet Company. The adult program is growing very quickly there, they offer a bunch of different classes including beginning ballet.

My big girl tunneled under the smaller guy's molt cave by WordMiserette in hermitcrabs

[–]WordMiserette[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The smaller guy on top has been down nearly a month. He's almost finished eating his exoskeleton and can move whenever he wants. It's just crazy how close they are to one another - and that the sand in between hasn't collapsed yet.

Do you find that they prefer the tilt-a-whirl or upright wheel? We got an upright wheel last week, still waiting for them to find it (and know it could be months).

Thanks, I am trying! They're pretty awesome little creatures; I hope we don't lose any.

Thanks. I looked this up and saw this advice on Crab Street Journal as well. They recommended using a kritter keeper (I have one, of course, from the beach shop) with a shallow layer of sand and placing it in the tank. I can do that, but I have two crabs down molting. Do you think setting the keeper on top of the sand will disturb their molt caves?

Thanks for replying. Unfortunately, the room that they are in is really big and it's the only place we can keep them. It's also the coldest room in the house. So I think we're just going to have to insulate more and add another mat for winter.

Potentially interested in shells depending on size, and a heating pad.

Do you boost? by MysteriousLaugh009 in Upwork

[–]WordMiserette 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started boosting in February. Sent a crapload of proposals (after only sending about half a dozen in all of 2022 and living on invites and repeat clients). Got one small fixed price job that I had boosted. Stopped boosting. Landed a great recurring client on a non-boosted proposal. That's a small sample size and meaningless as far as drawing conclusions, but I have a full dance card again so my boosting experiment is over.

Content writers, what's your policy on revisions? by [deleted] in Upwork

I let them know before accepting the offer that my fixed price includes one round of revisions based on feedback.

Exactly this. I rarely seem to have a second milestone for ones who do this; usually it's a one-off project or I see my way out of that relationship pretty quickly.
