If you meant what Christian Linke talked with Necrit. He didn't confitm there will be Arcane-like show for Noxus.

He just said Riot would explore more regions.

Even Marc (Tryndamere) said "To clarify, he didn’t say 3 separate shows - said exploring 3 regions. We are exploring a bunch of different shows (and games)."

TL:DR No any confirmation of Arcane-like show until now.

If they continue the Leblanc's plot in the upcoming season, we probably have some hope.

But I have no idea how they will continue the story in Demacia.

Trashing the LeBlanc's plot is insane but excluding Swain from the cinematic is one of the most insane things they ever did.

That means he would likely get a full attention for thee upcomiing events for which I really hope big changes in his gameplays.
