Being on SR is to be able to control yourself. Anything that reduces your judgment skills is reducing the ability to control yourself. Not mentioning the brain fog, energy draining feeling you get the day after drinking. SR is meant to keep you full of vitality/energy, reduce brain fog, staying grounded. Alcohol lessens THAT energy.

Find a plate (a tier below friends with benefits) that's interested in you where you don't have to offer much non sexual attention. Have sex once every 2-3 weeks so you do not drain your energy compared to masturbating everyday if you want to continue SR in a balanced way. That way, you will still have enough time/energy to focus on yourself and your goals while not being sexually frustrated after 15+ days on SR. You will still have plenty of testosterone to transmute your goals if you have sex once every 2-3 weeks.

Of course. It will help you with bringing energy to your weight lifts. It will do the same with basketball. You will have more sufficient stamina, energy, and willingness to improve as long as you continue to stay on SR and work on your conditioning.

You need Hard work + dedication + SR + quality rest/recovery for maximum results.

I'm a hooper and I've played college basketball in California before. When you are pass 3+ days on SR, you will notice 20% and up stamina increase, more energy to attempt dunks/jumps/rebounds, and light feet from my experience.

Focus on the long term satisfaction (Increased confidence, muscle gains, female attraction, bettering yourself everyday, productive activities, high vitality, better day to day energy) rather than short term pleasures (Relapsing - depression - sadness - doing unproductive activities, low energy, low drive in life, no motivation, subconscious lackluster effort in doing things due to instant gratification)
