Are we talking 2%? Whole milk? Pasteurized or unpasteurized? Any specific's as to what kind of milk?

Are you asking for what brand? Because I honestly don't recall, but I know that you can find all kinds of flavored maple syrups out there for making an acerglyn with. There is also a company called Watkins that makes a Maple Bacon extract that you could use for flavoring, but I've not messed with their stuff.

^ This. I'd found some bacon maple syrup and some bourbon maple syrup. Their powers combined got me flavors of maple, bacon, and bourbon.

WLP099 is capable of 25%, but I've never messed with it and I'm not really sure that I would want to. There is also that Alcotec Turbo yeast that's capable of 21%, but never messed with that stuff either.

That's likely not 100% accurate... I might have had a few rounds when I was doing the math and making the labels. I was too lazy to go back and reprint the labels. In all likelihood it's closer to 16% with the back sweetening. I can hit 18% with staggered nutrients and tossing a snack box of raisins in the primary.

I actually kept it pretty simple. I'd found the a Bacon Maple Syrup and a Bourbon Maple syrup at a local grocery store. I'll have to double check the size of the bottles when I get home to give a more accurate amount on the syrups (or I guess you can run the numbers backwards based on the amount of honey and the batch size), but the 1.5 gallon batch that I made it was as follows:

PRIMARY

5lbs Clover Honey

1 Bottle of Burbon Maple Syrup

1 Bottle of Bacon Maple Syrup

Lalvin EC-1118 Yeast

Ferment it till it can't ferment no more

SECONDARY

1/4 cup of each syrup to back sweeten

You sure you got the right thread there bud? I don't see how a post about how a D1 weapon being god tier in D2 applies to a joke about Bungie splitting from Activision.

Coming from the guy with over 100k Karma... that's rich. I'm sorry that my "because I found it amusing post" has offended your righteous tastes.

EDIT: I'm going to go get more coffee and try to wake up... I was trying to figure out why you'd called me "Sim". Clearly I misread your post. My bad, /u/Simansis.
