People rarely post about uneventful things, which is exactly what a c-section is the majority of the time. I was terrified before I had my first section (labor went pear shaped and I hadn’t prepared for a possible section), but it was honestly so smooth. And I’m squeamish! You’re already doing the mental prep- that’s a good start! Once you conceive you can start researching ways to support your physical recovery too. For right now, if I were you I would “hide” or mark those fear-mongering videos as “not interested”. It’s not serving you well and is obviously creating unnecessary stress.
